First let’s see who the big polluters are & I don’t think the U.S. is really one of them, but most likely certain countries will expect the U.S. to contribute largely to the “reparations” fund. Then after years of contributing to this fund they may find out that it has accomplished only one thing...that it has made certain countries richer at the expense of others with nothing actually accomplished that would inhibit natural disasters due to “climate change”. If an average citizen can understand this, then some geniuses at the U.N. should certainly be able to. The other thing that may be noticed is that certain countries who may be high in pollution may not be high ranking in contributions to the fund. It will be interesting to see how they expect to stop damage by hurricanes as they are supposedly caused by “climate change”.

Atmospheric CO2 is plant food, not pollution. The whole premise of “climate change” is a crackpot theory that has been proved mistaken by facts.
