You’re going to start seeing players from France become a big part of the NBA. They have a program there for basketball similar to how they build their soccer program, from the ‘banlieues’. You’ll see more players drafted straight from Europe than from US colleges.

The last 5 minutes of a BB game often take 20-30 minutes to play! That’s when the coaches use all their timeouts.
The refs call slight bumps as fouls, so lots of wasted time with the ball being thrown in from out of bounds or by the penalty shots.
BB is almost as boring as soccer.
