As for psychobabble, by your measure all sorts of phrases could have been called "psychobabble" by certain persons outside the context in which it was first used, including "FReeper."
Second, this is where "here" went and we can all now see that this is a troll to validate your own petty confirmation bias.
Meaning in your bias you do not like the answers to your demands, "Why do you want to “discern the makeup of conservatives here?,” "What are you intending to do with the results?" "Who has access to the results?"

FReeper is not a term used in psychology.
But, back in the 1970's when I was in the USAF as a telecommunications troubleshooter, our shop was always adjoining the cryptography technicians. We were trained to use "a short talk", our own jargon, mixed with Q & Z signal codes for brevity and clarity.
We called the people in every group we interacted with "peeps" so of course the Crypto peeps were soon shortened to CReeps. No they didn't like that one bit.
But I took to the words FReeper and FReeps like they were old FRiends.
