Questions 16, 17, 18 are traps because there are other answers besides Yes and No.
16. Do you mainly or strongly support Putin (if not all he does) in the war in Ukraine and opposing NATO, or Ukraine (if not all it does)?

17. Do you support the violent actions of Jan. 6?

18. Do you oppose the legalization of same-sex marriage, and requiring all states to validate the same?

So "mainly or strongly"..."if not all it does" allows for something other than Yes or No? What other answers to these are yes or not in the context to which they refer?

Lets take #18 first:

That should have been two questions:
  1. Do you oppose the Legalization of same-sex marriage?
  2. Constitutionally, do you believe laws opposing same-sex marriage are a states-rights matter or a Federal issue?

This is the worst trap of the bunch because it leaves open who committed the "violent actions".

So, there should have been several lead in questions before #17, and the list I am providing here is not comprehensive. I am sure others can and will provide additional contextual questions.
  1. Do you believe it was Trump supporters who committed the Violent actions of Jan. 6?
  2. Do you believe the FBI was involved in a setup of creating a narrative of Trump supporters committing Seditious Violent acts on Jan. 6?
  3. Do you believe that Antifa, and other left-wing agitators, committed almost all of the Violent actions of Jan. 6?
  4. Do you believe that the Capital Police allowed, without any kind of resistance, citizens to enter the Capital Building on Jan. 6?
  5. And finally, the question asked in the Poll: Do you support the violent actions of Jan. 6?
