You were implying the govt put blacks in a place that causes them to turn into hateful, murderous criminals, drug users and pushers, which is what we're all seeing? Well, Jewish folks have suffered that same exact fate but with the opposite results. White flight is a real phenomena, it has happened for a reason, blighting many urban areas and creating ghettos, in fact, it is almost a necessity for white's to flea from ghettos, and it isn't the fault of white people.
Maybe take a look at the blacks of certain parts of Africa, who are some of the most murderous people on the planet and throughout recorded history always have been. that wasn't caused by the American govt, it was caused by triblalism and it seems to have been brought to the rest of the world these days.

The key difference among ethnic groups is their time preference: do they need whatever they can get right now, or are they willing to work hard and make sacrifices now for larger gains later on?
If physical characteristics can be inherited, then so can psychological attitudes.
