On September 27, this sharp image of Jupiter was recorded with a small telescope from a backyard in Florence, Arizona.

I know, right? I live near there in the desert SW of Phoenix in Maricopa, and we have the Dark Skies program in our city. I imagine Florence has it too, which makes star gazing easier. We gave our telescope to our 12 yo grandson a few years ago and he uses it a lot more than we ever did. I’ll let him know about this so he can see what’s possible from his backyard.
