Fentanyl. We need to wake up! The Chinese are behind this operation as payback to the West for the Opium wars that devastated China. However, we keep trying to blame vaccines. When you really dig into these, Fentanyl is usually the culprit.
Perhaps she had a history of depression.
Sometimes people on the outside appear unusually happy just before they commit suicide.
