If they are light skinned Latinos I expect so. The real problem with the first lot was that they were low class very dark, a number actually real blacks, who didn’t even speak intelligible Spanish. The Maduro government is trying to push out as many of the absolutely lowest levels of sediment in the population of Venezuela along with prison inmates and the mentally ill and criminally insane. Part of the reason is just to get rid of as much social garbage as possible so a state that can’t even feed its population can relieve a bit of social stress, as big or bigger reason is to discredit the Venezuelan emigre population, who are in many cases former professional and middle class members and who hate the Maduro regime.
