    Total vanity, but this song fills out the trinity of songs that I remember from the basement cafe, the Tick-Tok cafe at Kaufmans in downtown Pittsburgh, where my mother stated that I had to finish my hamburger, to get dessert. 
 The other two songs, Carole King, "It's too late", and Carly Simon, "You're so Vain".

    Burton Cummings is one of the best rock vocalists of all time. He doesn't get enough recognition for that.Totally agree with that assessment. Why Burton Cummings (and Mike Smith from The David Clark Five) aren't regularly listed among the greatest vocalists of the rock era is a mystery to me.
