Apocalypse now: Democrats embrace a dark midterm message

But in general, it is a shame that there is a political party running mainly on killing babies.

They are running on libertinism - sex at any time with any person of any age with total indemnification against any consequences - because consequences are patriarchal and fascist.

They are running on redistributionism - small business owners apparently make money at the expense of those who do not make it - so preventing government from taking excess profits away from them and giving those profits to those who care more is fascist.

They are running on green energy - if your electric toothbrush can operate on magic sky lightning without making some evil oil company rich and melting the polar ice caps then your car can do it, too - and people who claim science says otherwise are fascists.

They are running on social justice - because it's unfair that stupid people aren't as rich as smart people so systems that reward smart people are racist - and fascist.

But most of all, they are running on election fraud - the creation and casting of mail-in ballots in the names of people who they feel should be turning out to support their agenda, but for one of various reasons (illiteracy, disinterest, citizenship status, dementia, death) haven't been historically able to vote in person - primarily due to racist fascists in the county election offices who care more about old-fashioned election laws than people's feelings.

The Democrats are a party of highly motivated looting and mooching interest groups, most of whom hate each other but who stick together in the service of collectivist goals.

The GOP is a party of lazy patricians - who have been well-rewarded in the past for looking after the interests of large multi-nationals and now aren't sure what to do as their patrons adopt ESG policies abhorrent to the GOP base.

As the billionaires and multi-nationals learn how to play the woke game for profit, the GOP risks being left permanently on the sidelines - as they have nothing more to contribute.

Less than 1 month to go and the NC political ads are now in the gutter. Totally negative on the democrats side. One add against Budd sates he will outlaw contraceptives. What hog wash.

Mid-term elections are turnout elections.

The Democrats are trying to get their base to show up and vote by terrifying them with visions of right-wing fascism.

However there have been some studies over the years that shows that negative ads create apathy and actually reduces turnout. Low information low motivation potential voters just think politics is slimy so they don’t bother to show up and vote for anyone.

Killing babies and the weather. That’s all they have.

What can be said of a Party that has only death to offer as its political platform? We need to pray for them - that their eyes will be opened to their sins. It’s one thing to know you are sinning, then there is hope you will seek God’s redemption, but a whole other thing to be so far removed from sin that you refuse to even acknowledge it as such and then proactively promote its further commission - now, that’s surely provoking the Creator and turning your back on the only one who can save you on the road to Hell.
