Wow, I the rage I feel at this, if not for our Lord, the things going through my head right now are so dark and vengeful.
I am so thankful that the God we serve is loving and just. Without that knowledge, I would be so strongly inclined to take vengeance into my own hands, thereby taking the opportunity away from God, where it belongs.
Be thankful it was attempted murder, not executed murder.
There is a lot of evil out there. And lots of murders.
