That would be, but 1,200 mg (600 mg of each, twice a day) of each a day is what Nestle suggests with their GlyNAC product, for the general population.

My wife and I have been taking 1,800 mg of each for nearly three months, and are doing well.

I am taking those doses as well (approximately), but did not have a problem with deficient grip strength or slow gait and have not noticed any differences. Still waiting for that waist size reduction...

I struggle with the timing of supplements that have to be taken multiple times a day on an empty stomach, followed by a 30-minute wait before eating. I’m not a constant eater, but while I have no problem with the 1st (morning) dose, it’s tough to consistently be in that position the rest of the day.
