Adequate sleep (6-8 hours) is good for weight control, regardless of other variables. If you close the kitchen at 7, go to bed at ten and get up at six, you probably won’t be gaining much weight whatever else you do.

Just saying that if you eat heavily earlier in the day you will sleep earlier too, so what causes what?
