I know, it’s close enough to 20 that it fits the cliche.
I actually think it makes good sense to pick the site even if you don’t have the plan yet.
I’ve called for every municipality with 50,000 or more to prepare a site where one or more of the small concrete encased nukes can be dropped and connected to the grid.
You could keep a few ready to go in the midlands somewhere. And then drop one in when a disaster happens.
I thought cold fusion was 20 years off?

The Ukaea have been bafooning around with this for decades.
The toy they have been playing with is just five miles up the road from me.
Many billions spent, it just won’t self sustain.....
