It wasn't always that way. President LBJ gave money to black women so they didn't have to get married to get welfare.
Now it's up to the Black Community to fix themselves. Black Churches can play a role. But their celebrities will have to do more to speak up and lead. LeBron James seem to be a decent family guy. So he should take charge.
Clarence Thomas, and Dr. Benjamin Carson would be better role models for Black youth.
They have to hit rock bottom before they would fix anything... Oh, wait.
