We had a cruise planned for our 50th but “covid” cancelled those plans. We are planning one for Christmas 2023 assuming most of the crazy restrictions will be gone by then.

And congrats back for your 50th. My wife and I have a good system so we can settle anything thrown at us. When we first got married, the laws were set up that the man of the house was the overall responsible person for anything that happened in the household. He took both the blame and the success kudos for anything.
That, of course, has changed over the years so we have worked out a compromise. She figures out what to do, tells me, sometimes, what it is, and I do what I’m told. It’s simple for me as I have learned to alleviate the pressure from myself. In other words, I’m a kept man. I make the money, she spends it and I stay out of trouble and eat better. I keep wondering what I was thinking about 50 years ago.
