Yes. The Russian army—military—cannot win the invasion for Russia. They’re overextended and do not have the ability to keep territory when pressed. Lack of supplies, bad decision making, and an enemy who is well armed and determined to drive them out.

Maybe things will change for them. But right now, things are really bad.

Due to a lack of basic military logistics, today we have abandoned several settlements and a large area of territory.
 
A very interesting admission right there. Yeah, they can bomb, rocket & shell the heck out of everything to rubble, but unless they can march in and competently hold and occupy, they can't own it, it's not theirs. With the amount of dysfunction they appear to be manifesting, don't see it happening, not with the troops they are apparently about to field. Down to "Here's your rifle Igor, go get'em!" That's not a strategy for success.
