I’d like to know what the sheriff will do if there is a racial disparity in stops for moving violations.

I get that sometimes drivers are racially profiled. It happens. But the sheriff’s response to this should be to train all his deputies, and have dash cameras on all his cars. Then let the chips fall where they may, and no more of these mushy non-solutions.

The article mentioned not stopping for a revoked lecense. That sure sounds like a moving violation to me.
