Bach’s Presto on Microtonal Guitar in Werckmeister III Tuning - Burak Akan
Well, the latter half of the Gen X generation. Us Gen Xers born in the ‘60s didn’t grow up with it.
My room was born in 1964 I was born in 1957 and you’re right she got none of the liberal brainwashing I think that started with kids that went to school probably in the 80s the early 80s and it depends on what part of the country the south of course was behind thankfully but in the south unless you live in a very white area most people go to private school who can afford it of any race actually
I was always irritated by racially gratuitous commercials that’s really the first thing I noticed probably 25 years ago and I would mention that unfair republic and be scolded as a racist and now look how bad it is they put Black people in historically inaccurate plots which is so silly when are they going to put white people in Zulu movies are some Asian movie
Or let’s make Comanches white like blonde I’m not talking about using Italian actors lol
That Bach performance (and tone) was outstanding. Microtonal guitars and Bach are a good match. I’d have liked to have heard Segovia play one.
Beato is right about Beck’s total uniqueness, and about how he never seems to hit a wrong note. Total control of the whammy bar like no one else. I saw him once, at the ARMS concert at the L.A. Forum in ‘83. Of the three sets that night (Clapton / Beck / Page), his was the most impressive. The improvisational interplay between Beck and Jan Hammer was amazing.
