Looks like some corrupt official probably figured they were never going to need those uniforms and stole the money.

As corrupt as Russia normally is, they probably were never there. And the money is in a numbered account in Cyprus, if it hasn’t already bought someone a mega-yacht with hot and cold running hookers and blow.

Probably one of Putin’s friends. Wait until Putin finds out that he stole instead of manufacturing uniforms. He’ll get sent to the gulag.

The Russians have “misplaced” 1.5 million winter uniforms that were about to be send to the Russian soldiers in Ukraine.

Enemies stole them and then the deep staters can wear these uniforms while committing false flags. This isn’t good news. If someone stole 1 million police uniforms in the US, imagine who (Antifa) would do what (riot, home intrusion, assault) with them.

Asking Gurulev for the account records to buy the uniforms and checking all his bank records is the first place to start.

They had invoices for 1.5 million uniforms. But the shipments never showed.
Accounts payable rule #1: you don’t pay an invoice without a shipping receipt.
I wonder if these were for winter uniforms? Because that would both explain why they are gone…and it would suck a lot for the draftees.
To: Truthsearcher
And the manufacture was probably in on the deal and just didn’t make them, saved allot on overhead.
