It seems to me that Biden suffers from vascular dementia. In this form of dementia, some brain functions are lost, while others continue to work. This is evidenced by Biden’s ability to read from a teleprompter or card while he cannot find his way to an exit or tries to shake hands with the air.
Reagan, on the other had Alzheimer’s, in which the overall brain function generally declines more and more as time goes on. There is no improvement once a function is lost.
With vascular dementia, sometimes a brain function lost in one of its mini-strokes, finds new brain pathways and recovers a bit, though seldom to be as strong as before that vascular event. With each vascular event, more functions are lost.
People with vascular dementia usually show more and more of the same personality that they have always had, thus Biden continues to be the self-important corrupt phony he has always been, the perfect puppet for whomever is actually running our country. ... a terrifying situation.
