What Nichols and Harkrider did that day was no different than what protestors in Portland do every weekend or what the Summer of Love®️ protestors did in 2020. Name one person who was arrested from those protests and spent 18 months in jail without a trial under deplorable conditions like these 36 ppl have been.

We treated suspected foreign terrorists better than we do our own citizens who merely protested their representatives in DC, as is their right to do. It’s supposed to be “innocent until proven guilty,” remember? Obviously you’ve been out of the country for so long you’ve forgotten what being an American means and what the rights we’ve been granted under the constitution mean. SMDH.

The constitution and the government grant nothing. The constitution points out that rights exist regardless of a government or a piece of paper expressing that rights exist.
