One has to wonder, despite assurances that all nukes were returned to Russia, that a few might have been held back. Regardless, Ukraine is a technology leader with strong capabilities to get back in the game it it wants to. Putin isn’t interested in Ukraine because it grows good wheat.
Maybe if our crooked VP and his philandering drug-addicted son hadn’t involved themselves so deeply in Ukrainian affairs, Putin would have acted otherwise.
Doubt it. Russia has always been an imperialist, expansionist and aggressive state. Putin has stated Ukraine is not a state.
