As an aside... For a pier side grill, the menu has hardly any real fish items. Just some non-local calamari, shrimp and a greasy smoked fish dip. I guess the real menu is alcohol and various junky fried items. With a seaside view.

My wife and I have been wanting to build on our 10 acres in Okeechobee for years now, but just can’t seem to afford it. The prices of homes in Florida are way higher then here in New Hampshire.
Now that we have saved, what I thought was enough to make the difference between our home price + savings = new house, the price of building supplies will SKYROCKET in Florida in the next few months and for years to come.
We would move down there in a NY minute if we had the funds.
