There are state actors e.g. North Korea, Iran, Pakistan etc who could pull something like this off. Launch a submersible drone with explosives from a third party flagged freighter for example. The NATO theory is one of many. Proof is needed at this point before WW3 erupts.

It doesn’t need to be that fancy. These attacks could have been done with a couple of fishing boats and some C4.

Most likely this was one of the nearby countries that loathes Russia with a fiery passion. Lithuania, Poland, etc.

My first thot about the pipes blowing was that the demo devices might well have been placed some time ago and just waiting for the coded signal when someone got pizzed. Remember that Evergiven ship, the one stuck in the Suez? That thing spent a lot of time in the Baltic area, at Bremen, et al. and never did completely unload.? I always had the notion that it was dropping something off, somewhere, for someone, because you never heard a single complaint from alleged shippers who would not have gotten their stuff? ——Going to restock on tinfoil now.
