Musk is still promoting more carbon taxes. Out of one side of his mouth he sounds like he's pushing freedom of speech, while out the other side of his mouth he wants the gubment to force us to buy even more fake carbon credits from Tesla.

We already do that at the gas pump. Oil refineries have to buy RIN's (carbon credits) to lower their carbon tax. Tesla is always happy to sell them carbon credits for a price a little lower than the carbon tax. I've read this adds 75 cents to every gallon sold, and that was before Brandon increased the ethanol mandate to 15%. (I honestly can't remember if Brandon went ahead with that or if it was canceled.)

Yes. Musk is, to the consternation of both US and THEM, playing both sides of the fence.

I both dislike it and grudgingly admire it at the same time.
