To add, my neighbor when I loved out of my dorm at Stanford to be closer to my part-time job, my neighbor next door was HA.
We were the only 2 tenants at the ground floor of the house/building, and cliche image: Rottweiler, GF and him with 2 Harleys at the front. NICEST guy and neighbor.
How courteous was he?
When he was umm, “knocking boots” with his GF, the walls are thin, and one night I couldnt sleep due to their “fun”, I heard him say “keep quiet damn it, you’ll wake up (max’s real name)”. I really tried hard not to laugh..

They normally only let church-going family men into HA. He must have been a preacher to get in as a single man.
