We not only faced pressure to get the shot from neighbors/friends but we had a lot of pressure to get my elderly FIL vaccinated. We did not.

He is 82, with end-stage dementia, and he just had Covid. For him, it was 2 days of fever, slight o2 issues which responded just fine to supplemental oxygen here at home, antibiotics and steriods. One week later, he is sitting right here now as if he never had Covid.

Here is the kicker - the person who gave ALL of us Covid was a vaccinated and boosted hospice nurse. Not only is she not immune to Covid, she is dealing with major heart issues after her last booster that she never had before. She says she has felt like a ticking time bomb ever since her last booster and will not get anymore.

One of my caregivers is fighting cancer. She refused the shot. Every one of her friends battling breast cancer last year died. All fast moving, aggressive cancers. She said all of them had the shot.
