Black privilege. They've been taught by the left that they deserve everything for free and can do anything with impunity. The result is what we see.
They watch TV ads, and the only black people they see are living in high-end homes in upscale neighborhoods, driving shiny new cars, so they figure, "If I can't have that, I'll take whatever I can get."
