Flu shots are most effective up to 90 days!

I’m getting the flu shot because my heart was affected by Covid. I can’t take the risk.
Yes, that and quite a few immunizations at work for some really exotic and nasty diseases to certify me for worldwide deployment have definitely helped overall. The cholera and typhus shots in the 70’s were the worst but probably most effective. Both arms were killing me for a week and a half and couldn’t move them from the swelling. Can only imagine how bad it is getting the actual diseases.

I never like to get a shot but I haven’t had the flu since I started taking them in 2008 after a flu that nearly landed me in the hospital. Right now I’m watching to make sure the new mRNA flu shot isn’t out. I don’t think it will be ready until next year.
I’ve been taking Additional Zinc and D3 since Covid started. When I got Covid this month, I switched to Zinc Sulfate. Covid lasted about a week. O2 levels stayed in the upper 90’s. Basically a bad cold.
My college roommate died from it during the Spring.

Sure didn’t stop me from getting covid. Not even in August when I was getting a lot of sun, also. Been taking 5,000 IU/day for years. Still am, in case there’s a hidden benefit.
They have lost me on flu shots. I used to get one every year. I have lost all trust though.
The mRNA version of the flu vaccine isn’t ready yet. I’ll stop getting the flu shot when it is.

The only benefit to come out of the whole covid scam is we are fully aware of the importance of washing our hands regularly. That will help limit the flu.
