Oh, so you think the US IS then. But the Constitution makes the States sovereign and the FedGov their agent. But since you think the US is a single entity then it really isn’t a republic any longer. In that view the states are mere units of the FedGov so you pounding the “republic” distinction you don’t either understand or believe yourself, smart guy.
