Almost all of the mandates were imposed by state and local governments. Why would state and local governments, many headed by Republicans, take part in such a cover up?

So... you're just going to ignore the Federal mandates? that Jao Bai-din tried to have OSHA require them in EVERY workplace?

As for the political parties that imposed them, just look at Andrew 'Nursing Home Killer' Cuomo, Gavin Gruesom, Phail Murphy, etc. - all Democrats. Then look at Republican governors, some of whom said there will be NO lockdowns, NO mandates, and NO restrictions.
