Pro lifers will do things such as walk and pray, picket, say the rosary, hand out leaflets, attempt to talk to or counsel customers coming to abortion clinics. . . on the sidewalk.
“Escorts” are generally volunteers with special vests or something on that head up the sidewalk, grab hold of the customer, and hustle them in, yelling or talking to prevent the customer from hearing or to some degree seeing the pro life presence there.
