I like many others in my life time have walked into a trailer hitch. Never thought to sue anyone for my carelessness.

I don't know if anyone else has seen one but I have not. I have seen: 1-3/4", 2" and 2-5/16", 3" then a Pintle Hitch and 5th Wheel but never a 4" hitch.

Good point. But trucks are often hauling things; if I ever see a truck I automatically look down for a trailer hitch.
But the main thing is, however the guy had it installed, was it illegal? Or was it negligent? If not, then I don’t see how she could sue successfully.
There has to be an action by the defendent who is seized by a civil duty that exists by case law or by statute, and directly resulting damages.
In this case the plaintiff appears too have none of the necessary ingrediates upon which to predicate a civil law suit against Donald Trump.
I do believe La Tit Sha can be personally repremanded or sanctioned for professional misconduct by the NY State Supreme Court for bringing this completely frivolous law suit.
In short, La Tit Sha is a complete TRUMP Derangement Syndrome WING NUT using the Courts as an instrument of her personal re-election campaign !
