I worked for him for many years and he was your typical politician trying to be man of the people. Would come over during a business cocktail party and insert himself into a conversation. Ask a stupid question and walk away while the sycophant would be giving his answer.
I’d introduce myself as some random name like Harvey Dent and tell him I was risk management and walk away. The guy was the most aloof weirdo I ever encountered.
