A friend? Yes, in this "culture," a friend is a health hazard.
I worked in a student housing complex (apartment style) at my college as night watchman. Had a high population of this "culture." On my day off, there was a shooting in one of the units. A student shot his friend/roommate dead during an argument. That was some argument.
