Exactly. If I could get by on 2 hours of sleep each night, I would be elated. Man, could I get stuff done.
Right now, 6½ hours is optimal for me.
Yes it seems especially lately that there’s just not enough hours in the day to get done what I want or need to do. For a couple years now I wake after 6 hours. For a while it was fine but lately I feel I need more and I wish I could get like you just that half hour more lol
