...stay hydrated....
______________________
When I queried several MDs on the ‘coffee is a net diuretic” trope, they all pointed out that coffee is fluid and there isn’t THAT much diuresis compared to the fluid volume per cup of coffee. You can monitor by urine color or the skin pinch time to snap back test.
The 2 people I know who have constant hydration issues do not drink coffee or tea. One is told to drink re-hydration formulas due to colon shortness and the other is in her 90s and simply doesn’t experience thirst.
Dehydration will knock someone on their butt or facilitate UTIs faster than *thicken* the blood.
I go through 2+ pots of dark coffee/day. No issues, but I do add herbal teas either hot or iced, depending on the weather.
Also, fresh produce has a high water content.
When watermelon was in season we kept a bowl of it on the counter. We would go through half a small melon a day.
No. It didn't.
It is baseless speculation by certain medical people who are flailing around frantically trying to blame the sudden spike in heart problems and blood clots on anything but their sheer bloody criminal incompetence.
Gamers will understand.
The Epic Legendary Coffee Mug has an additional Socket.
(Fearsome indeed, in the hands of the Red Headed Irish.)
Contains caffeine, fat, sugar and alcohol.
Nature's perfect food.
