The seat assignments were all pre-determined by protocol. Joe was late and then had to wait while a military group entered. The Daily Mail article mentioned several times that Jill and Joe were holding hands. They must know that this is so that Joe does not wander off.
He took The Beast instead of getting on the bus with the other dignitaries, and arrived about 20 minutes late. My guess is that he insisted on The Beast because he needed a diaper change.

The worst is that Joementia is bumbling the planet into WWIII, which will be the end of the human race. He doesn’t know what he’s saying about Russia & Ukraine or China & Taiwan. In his mental fog, Sock Puppet falls back on his “Corn Pop” / “Trump Behind the School” bluster. He’s unfit to hold any office, let alone POTUS with access to the nuclear codes.
