Because of angelic brilliance, what we are calling ‘little greys’ may be biological constructs with specific limits to their mental functioning.

How is this "angelic brilliance" concept reconciled with the mention of angels in the Old Testament as being mistakenly identified as humans...and even in the New Testament (Hebrews 13:2) where we might entertain angels unwittingly.
