And, NAC would have been the proper treatment for people with advanced cases of COVID, because those people were suffering from glutathione deficiency and oxidative stress.

Rebuilding the supply of glutathione in the body to reverse oxidative stress would have gone a long way to restoring the health of these people.

However, the CDC went on a mission to stop the free commerce of NAC during the height of the pandemic.
