Only thing is, that article from The Oklahoman about state sovereignty is 13 years old. (05/05/09).

Here’s a link to what I found re HJR 1003.

If I’m understanding it correctly, it deals with requiring a vote of The People to change compensation of members of the OK Legislature. Doesn’t seem to have anything to do with state sovereignty. I’m confused! (Many will say that’s my natural state of being, LOL)

Oklahoma Re-asserts its State Sovereignty, 16 March, 2021.
HR-1009.

Collectively, Oklahoma legislation owns it. Their actions don’t snap so much as a twig, quiet, like a sniper.

No shadow of anything remotely blue goes unaddressed... but for the sky and blue eyes.

Good to see a compilation of their numerous spit in the eye accomplishments.
