What is the GOP is doing wrong? Democrats understand communicating with later generations: frank crudeness, intensity and anger, social media and free streaming services, the blame game. It works. Results: Obama elected twice and Biden once.
High rent, low wages, no job security, high cost of living, high crime, substandard health care, lockdowns. It's terrifying that many Millennials and Zoomers are receptive to Biden's message.

Why would anyone want to communicate with most of today’s generation?
You have to make a case for Liberty.
My impression has been that gen Z is becoming quite conservative. However, I interpret “today’s generation” more like “todays’ generations”. Boomers still count, and as we get more and more fallout from the utter stupid decisions of leftist leaders, it will turn plenty of young people conservative. Most people end up conservative anyway. Hence the old saw, “show me a young man who is not a liberal, and I’ll show you a man without a heart. Show me an old man who IS a liberal, and I’ll show you a man without a brain.”
It applies today more than ever.
Look. Our jails are full. It’s one reason no cash bail exists analog with judges letting the bad guys walk. It makes life more difficult and people turn to the government. When the government fix doesn’t work the leftist addict needs more government. Just look at our border. A method to the madness.

Because they vote, and we would like their support in elections? Don’t we want to make the case for our views and values?
So, reason and intellect don’t work because today’s generation are not educated and are unintelligent.

The GOP’s job is to make sure the market system works.
High rent can be dealt with by:
1. annexation,
2. rezoning of undeveloped land and underutilized retail use land
3. default residential 4-12 housing units per acre on all land not zoned industrial or commercial
4. limiting government development & transfer charges
5. making protected species laws inapplicable on land worth more than $100,000/acre (except for birds and mammals)
6. building new sewer and water lines
High health care costs can be dealt with by breaking down medical trades, starting medical education after high school rather than four years of college, making medical education a need to know (no more chemistry requirements - drug companies make drugs), splitting up hospitals, and by letting insurance companies offer innovative products.
We need to know when to strike fast. Obamacare came with a 60 seat senate. Comprehensive immigration didn’t. They’re smart. Keep the issue alive for the future. We don’t think that way.
