YOU think this is a good idea??? GOOD FREAKING GRIEF!
I’ve seen this idea pitched in Germany (2016 period with refugees). It gets openly discussed and the sanitation experts always advise against it, because you need massive daily cleaning efforts to prevent disease.
Same thing will happen here in NYC. Once the disease prevention folks get all hyped-up, this idea will be dropped.
The Mayor is sure smart compared to a toad......
