You didn’t read my comment. “Forced conversions”, not “deportations.”
If you believe there was a systematic action to force conversions to Catholicism in Spain, you would be stating propaganda.
I am saying you had to convert, or you would be killed or forced on a boat out of the country.
How is “Be killed, leave the country, or convert” not a systemic action to force conversions? And why is Spain now apologizing for having done that to my extended family?
