Those are 45 lb plates, maybe a 15 lb bar. She's (easily) lifting 105 lb. Good workout.

As someone doubtless pointed out, it's a 45-pound bar and those are 45-pound plates, hence a 135-pound deadlift. Darn good for a gal.
