Well, former NY Governor Eliot Spitzer was convicted of Federal money laundering, a felony. He withdrew $200 in cash from an ATM to pay an ‘escort’ (the Feds viewing the use of cash for illegal activity as laundering money).

I’m sure we’ll see the same standard applied to Hunter any day now.
