“There are far too many of these degenerates assaulting our children.”

Interesting enough the judge can determine that a seventeen year old can be considered an adult. In Arkansas, a child may be tried as an adult, but it greatly depends on the situation. Each case is handled on its own and decided based upon the circumstances and the law. Problem here is that he did not commit a crime but there is no mention of a forced rape by the teacher, either. And each state determines it’s own consideration of contribution of the event.

It will require a psychological evaluation to determine the mental capacity as to whether an adult in the minds of the law was an eager participant. If you don’t have a child, and you have a participating adult, depending on the sodomy laws of the state, their may not even be a crime by law. So if it falls to sodomy laws, who do you try...the woman or both? Slippery slope.

There is no excusing Pedophilia. Those who engage in that activity fully deserve to be put down. No further discussion is necessary.
