It is not yet clear what charges Copeland will face at his arraignment.
If I was in charge, it would be a quick 15 minute trial. And then a public hanging.

Not clear what charges? How about shooting him once in the nuts and once in the lungs and let him gasp for his final breaths. He is subhuman.
