My take from the article is to handle, as best you can, "those things that you CAN CONTROL":
Increase your consumption of anti-oxidants (berries, fruits and vegetables, etc.)
Increase your use of herbs and spices known to have anti-viral properties (Turmeric, garlic, etc.)
Maintain a balanced diet, and add daily, or frequent vitamin supplements.
Maintain an active lifestyle, challenge yourself, and get outside exercise- don't become a couch potato
Your brain will stay active as long as you are active, and work on improving your thought processes with games, hobbies,
and activities that stimulate and require thinking, especially with others (playing cards, checkers, fishing, gardening, etc.)

One of the most important things to do is show up here - to let police state thugs know we’re not intimidated.
People with families and jobs - young conservatives- have a lot to lose. Which is all the more reason for us to show up every day and give the thugs the finger.
